He said that Bapu had said that everything has to be put at stake to protect the truth. Rahul Gandhi is also walking on the difficult path of truth. No matter how many conspiracies are done, in the end only truth wins. The Gujarat High Court has upheld the sentence of Rahul Gandhi on Friday. Justice Hemant Prachhak dismissed the plea seeking a stay on the sentence. Also said that against him at least Criminal cases are pending. Even after the present case, some more cases have been registered. A case has also been filed by Vinayak Damodar Savarkar's grandson. Rahul Gandhi During the Lok Sabha elections, he had said in Kolar, Karnataka, 'How come all thieves have Modi as their surname?' Regarding this, BJP MLA and former Gujarat minister Purnesh Modi had filed a defamation case against Rahul Gandhi. On this, the lower court convicted him in the criminal defamation case.
