Rahul Gandhi Recently said in Haryana that Congress believes in ‘Tapasya’ while Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is an organization of ‘Puja’. He alleged that the BJP-Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) forces people to worship him. He had said that India is a country of ‘ascetics’ and not of ‘priests’.

He said that the Congress leader should think before speaking and said that on one hand he is working to connect people while on the other hand he is giving such statements. Dipankar asked whether the priests should be thrown into the sea. He said, Rahul Gandhi has made such a wonderful journey. I am surprised that he has given such a statement.
