The budget session of the Parliament started with the speech of President Draupadi Murmu. The government is giving assistance of two thousand rupees every month to the farmers, due to which they are getting financial help. A large number of women are also taking advantage of this scheme.

Government introduced many schemes for the poor

Draupadi Murmu said that arrangements have been made in my government that no poor should sleep hungry. To fulfill this objective, the government started the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana during the Corona period, in which the government has decided to continue further by making changes according to the circumstances. Along with this, to provide health care to the poor, my government got the Ayushman card made for the poor. The people of India have witnessed many positive changes for the first time during the nearly nine years of my Government.

Women empowerment is a big achievement of the government

Draupadi Murmu said that my government has made concrete efforts for women empowerment. They have been given rights and proper arrangements have been made for their education. In order to provide equal opportunities to the women of India, the government has allowed entry of women in every sector and has not restricted it anywhere. The government has implemented the slogans of Beti Bachao and Beti Padhao very well. Beneficiary of Ayushman card too Percentage are women only. The government has also given full support to the women of self-help groups so that poor women can become empowered themselves. The government provides loans to them at a cheap rate. Sukanya Yojana and the scheme of sanitary pads in schools have benefited the girl child and reduced drop outs in schools.

The welfare of tribals and OBCs is the priority of the government

My government is also committed to the welfare of tribals and is running schemes for their welfare. Tribal children are getting educated from Eklavya schools. The aim of our government is to develop every class without any discrimination. The government is always ready to protect the rights of the Scheduled Castes and Other Backward Classes and has instilled a sense of self-confidence in them.

President Draupadi Murmu said that our government is concerned about the environment. This is the reason why the government has launched the Hydrogen Mission. E-vehicles are being promoted. Along with this, solar energy is also being increased. The President said India has changed the mindset that progress and nature cannot go hand in hand, with the government focusing on ‘Green Growth’

Railway access even in remote areas
