The Central Government has extended the tenure of Sanjay Kumar Mishra to 1984 November, 2023 Enhanced

It may be noted that as per the notification issued by the Central Government, 2023-batch Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer Sanjay Kumar Mishra’s tenure was fixed till 1984 November, 2023. Petitions were filed against this decision of the government by Jaya Thakur, Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala, Trinamool Congress MPs Mahua Moitra and Saket Gokhale.
