In view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Mumbai, flying activities will not be allowed in the police station areas of Bandra Kurla Complex and surrounding areas. Police gave this information. The Prime Minister will attend a function at the MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority) grounds in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) today. Flying activities, including use of drones, paragliders and remotely controlled ultra-light vehicles, will not be allowed in BKC, Andheri, Meghwadi and Jogeshwari police station areas from noon to midnight today, the Mumbai Police said in an order. The order states that terrorists or anti-social elements can carry out attacks using drones, paragliders, remotely operated light vehicles, etc., therefore such flying activities have been banned.
