Prime Minister Narendra Modi targeted the main rival party for promising to ban Bajrang Dal in its election manifesto. He termed it as an attempt by the Congress to lock up those who worship Lord Hanuman. He claimed that Congress first locked up Lord Ram and now it wants to lock up those who chant Jai Bajrang Bali. Modi this attack on Congress by the opposition party 10 within hours of releasing its election manifesto for the assembly elections to be held in May.

It has been said in the manifesto of the Congress- We believe that the law and the constitution are sacred. No person or Bajrang Dal, PFI and other organizations that spread hatred and enmity, whether it is between the majority or the minority, they cannot violate the law and the Constitution. We will take decisive action including banning such organizations under the law. Addressing an election rally in Vijayanagar district, Modi said- Today it is my great fortune to bow down to this holy land of Hanuman ji and see the misfortune, today when I have come here to bow down to Hanuman ji, at the same time the Congress party has It has been decided to lock Bajrangbali in the manifesto.

Resolve to lock up those who chant Jai Bajrangbali

Prime Minister Modi said- First Shri Ram was locked up and now he has taken a pledge to lock up those who say Jai Bajrangbali. It is the misfortune of the country that the Congress party used to face problems even with Lord Shri Ram and now it is also facing problems with those who say Jai Bajrangbali. The Prime Minister told the crowd that the BJP is determined to make Karnataka the number one state and he bowed at the feet of Lord Hanuman and prayed for the fulfillment of this pledge.

PM Modi said- BJP will not allow any harm to the dignity and culture of Karnataka. The BJP is fully committed to the development of Karnataka, to provide modern facilities to the people here… to give new opportunities. He said that the Vijayanagara dynasty and its history are the pride of India. Mentioning the name of the glorious ruler of Vijayanagara dynasty, he said that Sri Krishnadevaraya had immortalized the region with his resources and strengthened trade relations with various countries and made the culture of Karnataka famous across the world.
