PM Modi said in his message that we are meeting at the time of great global division. He said that the system of global governance that was created after the Second World War has failed. This is also becoming clear especially from the experience of Corona epidemic, terrorism, natural calamities and wars in the world during the last two years. He said that developing countries are facing the biggest impact of the failure of global governance. The Prime Minister also raised the issue of rising debt situation on developing countries. Along with this, he also enumerated the increasing challenges regarding food and energy.
