PM Modi will release the latest figures on the tiger population in the country on Sunday at a mega event in Mysore to mark the completion of 50 years of 'Project Tiger' . The Prime Minister will also present the government's vision for tiger conservation during Amrit Kaal. Apart from this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also launch the International Big Cats Alliance (IBCA). IBCA includes countries where seven animals of the Big Cats species are found - tiger, lion, leopard, snow leopard, puma, jaguar and cheetah. This organization will focus on the conservation and protection of these animals. According to the information, the Prime Minister will visit Bandipur Tiger Reserve in Chamarajanagar district on Sunday morning and will interact with frontline workers and self-help groups of the area involved in conservation activities. Along with this, PM Modi will also visit Theppakadu Elephant Camp in Mudumalai Tiger Reserve in Chamarajanagar district bordering Tamil Nadu and interact with the mahouts and kavadis of the elephant camp.
