On this occasion, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that today will be written in golden letters for Goa and Ayurveda. He said that the country is changing and moving forward under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said, PM Modi brought International Yoga Day, which was not done in 70 years, the Prime Minister has done it in eight years. CM Pramod Sawant said that till date there was no separate Ministry of AYUSH in Goa, but today after the World Ayurveda Congress, Goa will have a separate Ministry of AYUSH. It will be dedicated to AYUSH doctors in the state.
