Union Minister Hardeep Puri informed that the government is also setting up five 2G ethanol bio refineries at various places including Panipat (Parali) in Haryana, Bathinda in Punjab, Bargarh (Parali) in Odisha, Numaligarh (Bamboo) in Assam and Devanagere in Karnataka. .
