This study was jointly done by 'CRY' (Child Rights and You) and Patna-based Chanakya National Law University (CNLU). Apart from 424 parents of Maharashtra, Karnataka, West Bengal and Madhya Pradesh, teachers of these four states and teachers of three states of West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra Other stakeholders participated. According to parents, of children who were victims of online abuse 18-16 aged 40 percent were girls. Whereas, 40 percent of the same age group were boys.
