A single bench of Justice SA Dharmadhikari, while curtailing the matter, has directed the Jabalpur SP to provide police protection to the applicant and his family and resolve the representation given by the applicant in seven days in a lawful manner. This case was filed on behalf of Shahpura resident Pradeep Patel. In which it was said that due to the enmity for the election of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat by the habitual criminals of the village, Santosh Lodhi, Raja Lodhi and Surendra Lodhi, on December 1 was fatally attacked. Along with this, his new car was shattered by doing obscene acts with his wife. Not only this, it is alleged that five lakh rupees kept in the car were looted and on the said day, an attempt was made to kidnap his wife and threatened to kill her. On which the case of minor sections was registered by Police Station Shahpura. On which the High Court was taken refuge. In the case, it was said on behalf of the applicant that by making a written complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Jabalpur, his life and property It was also requested to provide security to Because the criminals had posted a video on Facebook threatening that wherever they meet the petitioner and his wife, they would kidnap and kill her. Due to which they are not able to go to their village and are living in the city. After hearing, the court gave the above orders. Advocates Balkishan Chowdhary, Suraj Chowdhary and Ashish Chowdhary appeared on behalf of the petitioner. ,
