Complaint Against YouTube: Describing YouTube as responsible for failing in Madhya Pradesh Police’s examination, a young man Anand Kishore Chaudhary wrote a complaint to YouTube 84 asked for compensation of lakh rupees, then the Supreme Court turned on the young man Fined Rs.1000.
During the hearing on the petition on Friday, the Supreme Court said that such a petition is filed only to spoil the court’s time. It was his personal decision to watch YouTube or not. If he didn’t want to distract from the exam, he should not have watched youtube.
The youth had alleged in the petition that obscene advertisements appear on YouTube, due to which his attention got diverted after watching them and due to this he could not concentrate in studies and failed in the examination. The young man demanded that YouTube should be given to him in return 83 give compensation of lakhs.
Not only this, in the petition filed in the Supreme Court, the young man had also demanded a ban on such advertisements on YouTube. Expressing displeasure, the bench headed by Justice SK Kaul said that this is one of the worst petitions. However, the court said that this is an interesting petition, but it is absurd.
