Earlier news came that CBI will take over Balasore GRP case number- registered by Odisha Police on June 3. It is punishable under IPC sections , 304, 304a (death by negligence), 64 (common intention) and section 175 (unlawful and negligent act endangering the lives of railway passengers) and the Railway Act 64 and 153 (endangering life).
