Advocate Vishal Tiwari filed PIL regarding train accident

by Advocate Vishal Tiwari The petition filed has sought a direction to the Center to constitute an expert commission to analyze and review the risk and safety parameters in the railway system, strengthen the railway safety system and make systematic suggestions for making safety modifications. It has been requested in the petition that the commission should be constituted under the leadership of a retired judge of the apex court and the commission should submit its report to the court. It has been said in the petition that technical members should also be included in the commission.
