According to the official ‘Korean Central News Agency’ (KCNA), Kim has said that there is a need to mass-produce nuclear weapons. He also ordered a ‘rapid increase in the country’s nuclear arsenal’. KCNA said Kim has directed the development of another intercontinental ballistic missile system aimed at rapid nuclear retaliatory strikes.
