An official of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development had said recently that since, he has been disqualified from the Lok Sabha. That’s why he is not entitled to live in government accommodation. As per the rules, he will have to vacate his official bungalow within one month from the date of the disqualification order. It may be noted that Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra had to vacate her official bungalow at Lodhi Estate in July 2020 as she was not eligible after the security was downgraded.
