Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan Mass Surya Namaskar program organized on the ground of Special Armed Forces 360 th corps in Indore Addressing the students involved in the said that Swami Vivekananda used to say that what one thinks and does, so he becomes. That’s why students should not consider themselves weak but should consider themselves strong, only then they will become strong. He advised all the students to do Surya Namaskar regularly, as Surya Namaskar includes all types of asanas.
