Nagaland CM Oath Ceremony: NDPP leader Neiphiu Rio took oath as the Chief Minister of Nagaland for the fifth term on Tuesday. After taking oath as CM, Taditui Rangkau Zeliang and Yanthungo Patton were sworn in as Deputy Chief Ministers of Nagaland. Whereas, 9 MLAs including G Kaito Ai, Jacob Zhimomi, KG Kenye, P Pawang Konyak, Metsubo Jamir, Temjen Imna Along, CL John, Salhoutuonuo Kruse and P Bashangmongba Chang took oath as ministers in the Nagaland cabinet. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National President JP Nadda and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma were also present on the dais at the swearing-in ceremony held in Kohima, Nagaland.
