However, in the year 2020-21 when there was a slight decline in gold smuggling, gold smugglers 150 Kg gold was seized. While at Kozhikode Airport .9 Kgs, at Delhi Airport 146.4 Kgs and at Mumbai Airport 21 kg gold was seized.
