Here, after winning the Gram Panchayat elections, her husband took oath in place of the woman who became Deputy Sarpanch. Some people raised objection regarding this development and complained to the District Panchayat CEO along with the Collector. After investigation, the Panchayat Secretary has been suspended by the administration for administering the oath contrary to the rules. The whole matter pertains to Gram Panchayat Mahuvi of Sitamau development block of Mandsaur district. Madhubala Farkya was elected to the post of deputy sarpanch in Mahuvi, but her husband Kailashchandra Farkya looks after all her work. After such incidents were exposed in the past, there are clear instructions from the government that only elected representatives can participate in the meetings and not their representatives. at Mahuvi on the 3rd of August in the year 1673080091 Instead of elected Madhubala for the post of Upsarpanch, her husband Kailashchandra Farkya was sworn in. After the complaint of this matter, the District Panchayat CEO investigated the matter and submitted the report. On the basis of the said report, the District Panchayat CEO has suspended Panchayat Secretary Kailash Mahajan. Deputy Sarpanch told the complaint as false Deputy Sarpanch in this whole matter Madhubala told that she herself remains present in all the programs of the Gram Panchayat. The allegation that is being made is wrong. Upsarpanch's husband Kailashchandra has termed the complaint as politically motivated and false. He said that before the complainant Tejpal Singh, I myself was the sarpanch. After this Tejpal Singh became Sarpanch. Due to political rivalry, he is making such false complaint. ,
