The account holders came to know about this when the team of Mumbai’s Byculla Police and Delhi Cybercrime reached for investigation. The account holders have lodged a complaint in this regard at the Varasivani police station. Significantly, the Byculla Police Section located in Mumbai , Section of IT Act Varasivani had come to investigate the offense registered under C, 6 6E. The Mumbai Police interrogated some youths by taking them into custody. The cyber branch of Delhi Police has sent notices to five youths of Budbuda village, seeking their response regarding online transactions of crores of rupees from their accounts in HDFC Bank Varasivani branch. On coming to know about the online transaction of crores of rupees from the bank account, there was a stir among the account holders. Terrified of getting the notice, the youths reached the Varasivani branch of HDFC Bank and asked for details of the transactions done in their accounts, then they were shocked to see the bank statement. According to the victims, Priyanshu Banjari working as a sales agent in the bank (22)) and his partner Kanak Chowdhary, citing the target, Aadhaar card, PAN card, identity card, to open a zero balance account. Took photographs and his mobile number. After this he went to Hyderabad to work. When Priyansh was inquired regarding the account, he told that due to some reasons his account could not be opened. After this, the victims had asked to hand over the documents to their relatives. In the name of account holders of the Bank 66 approx Online transaction worth Rs. SDOP Varasivani told that complaints have been made in this regard by four-five people. The investigation into his complaint is ongoing and has not reached any conclusion yet.
