The family members said that after this, the concerned police station has imposed general sections of assault against the accused. Dissatisfied with the action, the wife of the injured Gendalal carried him on her back and reached the Superintendent of Police and pleaded for justice. The victim’s wife said that the accused had attacked her husband with the intention of killing him. He was thrown into the bushes after breaking his hands and legs. Now they are roaming freely in the village. Due to this, there is a danger to his life and to the whole family. Now the Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission has sought an inquiry report from the Shahdol police in the matter within three weeks. In relation to this episode, SP Kumar Prateek says that after getting the X-ray report in the case Later the clause was increased.
