Along with this, notice has been issued to the state government and others and they have been summoned. Three weeks time has been given for this. In the same sequence, the Chief Minister ordered to suspend him from the stage. Following which February the Divisional Commissioner, Rewa suspended the petitioner from the post of DEO and attached him to the Joint Director's Office, Rewa. The legality of this order has been challenged through a writ petition. It is the allegation of the petitioner that he has been suspended maliciously for political reasons.
