The accused along with two others had carried out the sensational incident. The police has solved the murder case. In this case of Nasrullaganj tehsil of Sehore district, footages were found of kidnapping of an old woman by three people. Through them the police reached the killer. The police have arrested all the three accused. The ornaments of the old woman and the motorcycle used in the incident have also been seized. According to the police incident, on the night of January 3-4, complainant Ramdwar Yaduvanshi, her old mother Ballia Bai husband Hazarilal Yaduvanshi age 10 Sal resident Digwad’s missing report was lodged at the police station. During its investigation, the police saw in the CCTV footage three unidentified persons taking the old woman along. Keeping in view the seriousness of the incident, Superintendent of Police Mayank Awasthi, under the leadership of Additional Superintendent of Police Gitesh Garg and Sub-Divisional Officer of Police Shashank Singh Gurjar, searched for an elderly woman. The police team had found evidence of taking the woman towards Babri Ghat from the technical study. On the basis of this, the police teams fished out the body of the old woman by searching in the banks and water of Narmada river continuously for four days. This is how the accused were nabbed found from investigation and evidence That the accused carried out the incident out of greed for the ornaments of the dead woman. Also, the involvement of a family member of the woman was also suspected in the incident. During interrogation of the family members of the woman, it was revealed that a day before the incident, Balia Bai had gone to Dimawar village to attend the last rites of her nephew. Dharmendra Yaduvanshi, the grandson of Ballia Bai’s sister Lalta Bai, met him there. Dharmendra got greedy after seeing Baliya Bai’s ornaments and on the second day i.e. January 3, in the afternoon, he went to Baliyabai’s house to do recce. He stayed near Ballia Bai for about an hour and did a recce of the house. Being a family member, it was considered normal for Dharmendra Yaduvanshi to come home. In the greed of Baliya Bai’s ornaments, the accused Dharmendra, along with his village mates Dilip Yaduvanshi alias Bhura and Nilesh Yaduvanshi, robbed Baliya Bai’s house on the night of January 3-4. Entered the house and killed the old woman, took out the jewelry and tied the dead body in a hanger with a rope and threw it in the Narmada river. The dead body was thrown by putting hangers and stones, so that it could never come to the surface. After taking the accused into custody and strictly interrogating them, they confessed to the crime. A silver chain and gold mangalsutra around Balia Bai’s leg and the bike used in the incident were recovered. ,
