Significantly, advocate Awadhesh Singh Bhadoria has filed a complaint against Digvijay Singh in the Gwalior court, accusing him of defamation by making false and unrestrained comments against the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. . He 415 August during a meeting in Bhind made wrong statements. Digvijay Singh had filed a petition against this in the High Court. During the hearing of the petition, it was told on behalf of Digvijay Singh that defamation case cannot be made out against him.
