The Court has dismissed his application, which sought not to take on record any document produced by the petitioner which does not mention the date, place or time. A person named Arvind Tyagi has demanded to declare the election of Minister of State OPS Bhadoria as void in the High Court Gwalior. He says that Minister of State Bhadauria campaigned himself in an unethical manner by visiting polling booths during voting. This matter is during the assembly by-election. OPS Bhadauria contested from Mehgaon assembly constituency. Earlier he was in Congress. He contested on a BJP ticket after Scindia supporters switched sides. Arvind Tyagi, a resident of Mehgaon town, has filed a petition against Minister of State Bhadauria in the High Court, demanding the cancellation of his election. It is alleged that in the assembly by-election, Minister Bhadauria influenced the voters by going to the polling booths. He got his familiar officers posted at the polling booth of the assembly elections, due to which he could win the election. This is a gross violation of the code of conduct, so Bhadauria's election should be declared void. Against this petition, an application was presented in the High Court on behalf of Minister Bhadauria, in which it was said that No such document shall be taken on record, in which date, place or time is not mentioned. After hearing all the facts, the High Court said that the questions in this case have been settled. Therefore, the truth of the allegations will be known only at the time of recording of evidence. The court rejected the application of Minister Bhadauria. Now hearing on this matter will be on April. Government Advocate Dharmendra Sharma gave this information in this regard. ,
