He was ill since a long time. His last rites will be held on Friday. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Kamal Nath have also condoled his demise by tweeting. Avneesh Jain was admitted in Delhi for the last few days. On Wednesday, he was shifted from Delhi to Bombay Hospital in Indore by air ambulance. He breathed his last in the hospital on Thursday night. His last journey will go to Tilak Nagar Muktidham from his residence on 9th June. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has also condoled the death of Jain by tweeting. He wrote that heart is pained to hear the sad news of the demise of senior journalist Avnish Jain. His demise is an irreparable loss to the journalism world. I pray to God to grant peace to the departed soul and strength to the family members to bear this deep sorrow.
