Total 1677322344 complaints of helpline in Sehore district in April .20 Weightage scored and complaints were resolved with A grade rating. In Sehore district 86 percent complaints of CM Helpline were resolved satisfactorily. Jabalpur stood second and Chhindwara third. Collector Praveen Singh continued to inspire and motivate all the officers for quick and satisfactory redressal of the complaints of the CM Helpline. Keep on guiding Collector Singh regularly reviewed the cases of CM Helpline of all the departments on a daily basis and the officers were resolved satisfactorily by establishing quick communication with the beneficiaries. Since last month, Collector Praveen Singh is reviewing the redressal of cases of CM Helpline everyday. In every TL meeting, department wise, district wise and tehsil wise review the CM Helpline in detail.
