The residents do not have the facilities of industries etc. According to information in Dharani Tehsil 154 are villages. It is spread over about 70 kilometer area. Its near 233 villages are adjacent to Madhya Pradesh. The distance from Dharani to Amravati is about 233 kilometer. This is a very remote area.
