When the bus driver Raju Thakur started the bus, the pressure pipe of his brake burst, due to which the bus went straight ahead with a high speed and went directly inside the pond crossing the main road. Due to which the front part of the bus got stuck inside the pond, while the rear part got stuck in the bund of the pond. Due to which the bus could not move forward. At the time when the accident happened, it was a holiday for the school operating there and many students were leaving on cycles.
