According to information, Wards of Lahar Municipality area Municipality CMO Mahesh Purohit along with his team reached Manoj Jha’s house on the road on Wednesday morning with JCB. Then told to demolish the house as illegal encroachment. In a few minutes, ignoring the words of the landlord, they started demolishing the house. There were women and children inside the house during the house breaking operation. Suddenly, they were locked inside by the debris that fell from the JCB moving and the house collapsing. Because of this there was an outcry. Seeing such an act of the municipal administration, the crowd present around got agitated and vandalized the JCB and also assaulted the municipal CMO. He told that when the action started, all the family members were in the house. We came out to talk. But women and children were in the house and the municipality broke the house. Everyone was trapped inside. Then they could be pulled out with great difficulty. The victims alleged that on showing the paper to the CMO of the Municipality, he said, ‘Go to the MLA’s mansion. Support them only then this action will stop otherwise the house will be broken. But before they could take any decision, JCB started demolishing the main part of the house. In such a situation, the victim’s family alleges that this entire action is being done at the behest of Dr. Govind Singh. During the action in the video, when there was a fight, BJP leader Ambrish Sharma was also seen with a gun on the spot. At the same time, the people present in the crowd were seen lathi-charged on the JCB. Meanwhile, some people also thrashed the CMO of the municipality. After this incident, the CMO reached the police station to complain about the matter. On the other hand, the municipal employees stopped the work and sat on a dharna.
