DETAIL Transport of Madhya Pradesh The problems of Minister Govind Singh Rajput are increasing day by day. The MP MLA court has ordered the EOW to investigate in relation to forgery, cheating, economic offenses and benami property against the minister.
A petition was filed in MP MLA Court against Transport Minister Govind Singh Rajput. It is alleged in this petition that a year ago, the minister had benami 414 acres of agricultural land in Sagar district. Bought as property in the name of my in-laws. After this, the minister got the agricultural land registered in the name of Govind Rajput himself and his family members on the basis of donation letter. It was said in the petition that the major fraud of economic offense was that the registry fee was also deposited less, due to which the government had to pay nearly . Willfully caused loss of Rs. At the same time, a list of five major crimes has also been submitted along with the petition.
Advocate Yawar Khan of petitioner Chandramohan Dubey said that this petition has been filed in relation to economic crime and benami property and forgery fraud. He told that special court had demanded registration of FIR in MP MLA court and investigation. On this, the court has ordered the Superintendent of Police, Economic Offenses Investigation Bureau (EOW) Bhopal to investigate. Status report in this case to EOW on 17 Feb has been asked to appear in the court. ,
