The Nursing Council has presented the reply in the High Court. It was told that the migrated faculty has been declared ineligible. FIR has been registered against two colleges which took recognition on the basis of fake Aadhaar and PAN card of the faculty. Apart from this, to prevent faculty fraud, the proposal of Aadhaar verification is pending at the government level. MP Nursing Registration Council had given recognition to these colleges after inspection. In reality, these colleges are operating only on paper. Such college does not have other necessary infrastructure including laboratory. The college is being run without hostel. Earlier the High Court was told by the petitioner that There are such in college in which one person is working in many places at the same time. In ten colleges only one person is the principal at a time and the distance between those colleges is hundreds of kilometers. The teaching staff was also serving in five colleges at the same time. The High Court had issued orders to immediately suspend the registrar of MP Nursing Registration Council and appoint an administrator. The Madhya Pradesh Nursing Registration Council had decided that the migrated faculty would be given permanent certificates after verification of Aadhaar card and PAN card within a month. Despite this, permanent certificates have not been issued to the migrated faculty since the year 2022. A faculty is working in a college located hundreds of kilometers away on the basis of different Aadhaar cards and PAN cards. Two PAN cards and Aadhaar cards of a faculty were also presented before the Jugalpeeth. , During the hearing on the petition on Friday, the reply was presented by the MP Nursing Registration Council. An application was presented on behalf of MP Medical Science University in Gwalior bench demanding transfer of the main bench for hearing of nursing college related petitions. Presenting the application on behalf of the petitioner, it was told that the High Court had ordered the removal of Council Registrar Sunita Siju. He has again been made the registrar of the council. Apart from this, the SLP has been filed in the Supreme Court with the designation of Registrar without the permission of the Government. Instead of taking action to give recognition to fake colleges, they are being given protection. The couple's bench has fixed the next hearing on the petition on May 3.
