For which he requested for time, but the inquiry committee did not respond to the mail. After which the inquiry committee recommended his dismissal on the ground of not having sufficient qualification at the time of appointment. Dr. Gupta said that the selection committee including Principal Secretary, DME had given him appointment. Five others were appointed along with him. Later two other persons were also given appointments. Teaching experience of three years was mandatory for appointment, but not all seven persons appointed had this experience. The government had written a letter to the Medical Council of India regarding relaxation of rules for appointment. He said that investigation was initiated against the appointment of only me and my husband, while others are working in the medical college. He had filed a petition in the High Court against the departmental inquiry which is still pending. Even after this, he was dismissed on the recommendation of the inquiry committee. The sacked couple says their house was raided by EOW after the points scam. The figure given by EOW is wrong. EOW did not make the bank loan information public. The officers sitting in the main post are constantly doing wrong. No one wants to reveal the truth because they may be under pressure.
