He will be able to start his work without any permission. No one would even come to inspect his industry for three years. The state government has issued the ordinance 1673592215 for the simplification of establishment and operation of industries in Madhya Pradesh. In the ordinance, it has been said to form a state level empowered committee. This committee will issue certificates to the industries. On the basis of this only investors will be able to set up their industries. This committee will also settle any kind of dispute. According to the ordinance, the permission of all the departments including Labour, Revenue, Urban Body, Environmental Pollution Control Board, Water Resources, Panchayat Raj will be exempted. Industry operators will obtain necessary permission in three years. Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Limited has been made the nodal agency for industries. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had announced to make investor-friendly arrangements at the conclusion of the Global Investors Summit. Now, after the ordinance is issued, it will not be necessary to take any approval for construction on allotment of plots to the investors.
