High Court. – Photo: Amar Ujala Expansion 1649935149 Cases of bail granted to the accused in a non-bailable case from Kotwali police station of Katni district has been taken very strictly by the High Court. A single bench of Justice Vivek Aggarwal has directed the DGP to file an affidavit in the matter as to how the accused was granted bail from the police station in a non-bailable case. According to the episode, the accused Rajkumar Nishad was taken by the Kotwali Police of Katni was arrested on March with raw liquor. Action was taken against him under the Excise Act and on the same day he was released from the police station on bail. After this, on November 2 750, after completing the investigation by the police, the challan was presented before the court, from where the accused was sent to jail in judicial custody. . On which this bail application was presented in the High Court on behalf of the accused. After observing the whole case, the court has asked how to bail the accused from the police station in a non-bailable offence. Granted, the court has directed the DGP to file reply in an affidavit in this regard. Advocate Somnath Kori is appearing in the case on behalf of the accused. ,
