The Superintendent of Police is unable to get the non-bailable warrant served, so he should get the non-bailable warrant served. The next hearing on the petition was scheduled on 15 April. , For the hearing of the contempt petition, it was presented before the double bench of High Court Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra. During the hearing of the petition, Anil Kumar, Project Director, NHI, appeared before the Division Bench and tendered an unconditional apology. The Bench was told that he had been transferred to Andhra Pradesh. Apart from this, on Wednesday, an application was presented by the government to withdraw the order passed in connection with the suspension action on the Superintendent of Police, Chhindwara.
