The Gwalior Bench of the High Court has refused to lift the ban on nursing examinations. Regarding this matter, the government and some nursing colleges had appealed to the Honorable High Court to lift the ban on nursing examinations, citing the future of the students, but the High Court completely refused. The court has said that the colleges Affiliation to July 2022 which is wrong. Also on the notification of 1674577154 students of old session may not be allowed. Petitioner advocate Dilip has told that today the government and some nursing colleges had demanded to lift the ban on nursing examinations, but the Hon'ble High Court said that the future of the children is concerned, in such a situation, the ban on examinations cannot be lifted. Now the matter is to be heard next week. ,
