Madhya Pradesh High Court (file photo) - Photo: Amar Ujala Expansion Five teachers working in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) had filed a petition in the High Court against being transferred in the middle of the academic session. It was said that the provisions given in the guide line have not been followed in the transfer. A Division Bench headed by High Court Justice Rajendra Verma has issued directions to the commissioner of KVS to submit an affidavit. Tell that the petition was filed on behalf of Mamta Srivastava and four others. It said that he was transferred during the mid-academic session in September 1644042233. In the guide line, there is a provision to ease the posting of sick, widow, husband and wife at one place. Against this he filed a petition in the CAG. The CAG had stayed his transfer. Against which KVS filed a petition in the High Court. The High Court had issued an order that the representation of the petitioners should be disposed of in 415 days. KVS rejected his representation after the stipulated time. Against which he again filed a petition in the CAG. The CAG issued instructions to dispose of the representations with reasons, but no relief has been provided to them. During the hearing of the petition, the Jugal Peeth was told that the recruitment process of new teachers in KVS is going on. They can be posted in schools where there is a shortage of teachers. The couple's bench has sought an affidavit from the commissioner in this regard. Advocate Vijay Kumar Tripathi appeared on behalf of the petitioner. ,
