The foster will keep the animals tied
Government will buy cow dung at the rate of two rupees per kg. An animal produces 1500 kg dung in a day. In such a situation, farmers or cowherds will keep their animals tied up. Will not leave them open. This will reduce the number of animals roaming on the roadside. It has been recommended to prepare cow-shelter on the roadside for stray animals. Where shepherds will take care of them. The government will also buy cow dung from them. This cow dung will be processed in gaushalas.

This will be the use of cow dung

To make cowsheds self-sufficient, cow dung gas plants will be set up to process cow dung. Bio-CNG will be made from these. The second natural paint will be manufactured.
