High Court Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra directed the government to issue suitable notices to them. There is no such college which fulfills the prescribed criteria. Most of the colleges do not even have a building in the designated site. Some colleges are operating in only four-five rooms. Such colleges do not have other necessary infrastructure including laboratories. The college is being run without hostel. Earlier the High Court was told by the petitioner that Colleges are such in which one person is working in many places at the same time. In ten colleges only one person is the principal at a time and the distance between those colleges is hundreds of kilometers. The teaching staff was also serving in five colleges at the same time. The High Court had issued orders to immediately suspend the registrar of MP Nursing Registration Council and appoint an administrator. During the hearing of the petition, it was told on behalf of the government that migrated from other states 2020 Faculty has been declared ineligible. FIR has been registered against two colleges which took recognition on the basis of fake Aadhaar and PAN card of the faculty. Apart from this, to prevent faculty fraud, the proposal of Aadhaar verification is pending at the government level. , It was told on behalf of the petitioner that the High Court had given instructions to remove the registrar Sunita Siju after finding it true. Against the order, he filed SLP in the Supreme Court with the designation of Registrar without taking permission from the Government. Instead of taking action, the government is protecting her and because of the relief from the Supreme Court, she continues to hold the post of registrar. In the application presented by the Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University, relief was sought to be transferred to the main bench for hearing the petition related to the nursing college in the Gwalior bench. Rejecting the application, the couple bench had directed to take action against the registrar. During the hearing on the petition on Thursday, the said information was presented by the government. It was told on behalf of the petitioner that Sunita Siju has been removed from the post, but she has not been issued a suitable notice regarding the allegations. After the hearing, the Jugalpeeth has given time to the government to issue action taken report against former registrar Chandrakala Divgaiyan and suitable notice against Sunita Siju. ,
