Orders were issued. Challenging the order of the Single Judge, an appeal has been filed in the High Court. The Division Bench of High Court Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra dismissed the appeal justifying the order of the single bench. In the appeal filed on behalf of the petitioners Dipendra Yadav, Shailwala Bhargava and others, it was stated that the PSC 2022 had implemented the revised rules in the examination, against which the High Court’s double bench, while hearing the petition, upheld the unmodified rules 506 orders were issued to ensure compliance. Before the order of the High Court, the PSC had issued the results while conducting the main examination, after which the PSC had decided to conduct the main examination again, releasing the revised result under the unamended rule. Against this, more than 415 candidates selected in the main examination had filed a petition in the High Court. While hearing the petition, the single bench had said in its order, the candidates who have been selected in the main examination And shortlisted for interview. Re-examination will be unfair to them. There will be more expenditure in conducting the main examination again, which is not in the public interest. As before, according to the new list, special examination should be conducted for the selected candidates in six months. The final list should be prepared according to the merit of the previous main examination and special examination. It is stated in the appeal filed that the unamended rules 750 have not been followed. The order of the Single Bench is inconsistent with the order passed by the Double Bench. Candidates selected on the basis of illegal result do not have any statutory right. After hearing, the couple bench dismissed the appeal, upholding the order of the single bench. ,
