Finding the complaints to be correct in the investigation, about a year ago, the Chief Executive Officer in charge of the mission, Lalit Mohan Velwal, State A criminal case was recommended to be registered against Project Manager Sushma Rani Shukla, Senior IAS Priyanka Das, Director of NIRD Hyderabad and others in connection with criminal cheating and forgery. It was said in the petition that questions were also raised in this regard in the Vidhan Sabha. Despite this, no action has been taken against the culprits so far. After hearing the petition, the Jugalpeeth has issued a notice to the state government seeking a response regarding the action taken on the investigation report.
