High Court Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal convicted the advocate Sentenced to imprisonment for a day and fine of two thousand rupees. Please inform that Advocate Sudama Baghel in Chhindwara District Court 05 on January 2020 Drunken created ruckus by abusing and whistling. Being a holiday, JFFC Pradeep Kumar was going to court via Soni campus to appear in remand duty. During this, the drunken advocate stopped them by shouting in an uncivilized manner. On refusing, the drunken advocate ran towards him to attack. By blocking their way, threatened that I am preparing the envelope for the High Court against you. On reaching the court room, JFFC started hearing the case, then the drunken advocate reached back from the room and started shouting threats. Continued the sequence of and kept whistling. Due to which judicial work was disrupted. The functioning of other courts was also affected by this act of a drunken advocate. Police action was taken against the drunkard advocate on the instructions of the District and Sessions Judge. do it before I have done the same thing

The High Court had directed for hearing of criminal contempt against the advocate.
