Medical in Madhya Pradesh Action has been taken on the Director of Medical Education (DME) for the delay in printing and distribution of Hindi books for teaching in Hindi. Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang removed DME Dr. Jiten Shukla. Dr. AK Srivastava, Professor, Department of Pharmacology, Gandhi Medical College (GMC) has been made DME in his place.

Earlier, Medical Education Minister Vishchas Sarang reviewed medical education in Hindi in medical colleges. In the review of the project of imparting medical education in Hindi, the issue of delay in printing and distribution of books of medical courses in Hindi came to the fore. This lateness was found to be on the part of DME Dr. Jiten Shukla. After this, the Medical Education Minister instructed to remove Shukla from the post of DME. Regarding this, the Medical Education Department has also issued orders for the new DME.
