In Badi Akbai village of Pichor police station area of the district, two youths of Dalit community were beaten up by miscreants for filling water from hand pump. The video of a Dalit man being dragged and abused by bullies has also gone viral. On the basis of this, the police have registered a case against half a dozen people of Gurjar community under the sections of Dalit harassment and violence including violence, at present no one has been arrested in this case. People of Gurjar community say that the youth of Dalit community had come to fill water from the hand pump outside the temple after drinking alcohol. There was a dispute between them regarding this. Shortly after the case was filed against the Gurjar community by the Dalit side, the Gurjar community has also given an application against the Dalit community in the Pichor police station, in which they have accused the hand pump installed in the temple premises of drinking alcohol. At present, no action has been taken on the application given by the Gurjar community. There is resentment in the Dalit community regarding the incident. He says that last night there was no electricity to fill water in the Dalit colony, so he was forced to go to fill water from the hand pump installed outside the temple. He has rejected the allegations leveled by the Gujjar community. In this case the victims have suffered injuries. The police has also got his medical done. The police have named Luvbo Gurjar, Luv-Kush Gurjar, Shyam Veer Gurjar, Rahul Gurjar, Neeraj Gurjar, Ankit Gurjar as accused in this case and have started their search. Gwalior CSP Vijay Bhadoria says that a case has been registered against the named accused in this case. The case is being investigated. ,
