Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a notice to Bhopal Collector Ashish Singh and summoned his reply in the contempt case. A single bench of Justice Sanjay Dwivedi has asked in the matter as to why the Revenue Recovery Certificate issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) was not served despite clear orders.
