Detailed Madhya Pradesh Congress has opened a front against the Transport Minister. Has complained of benami property with documents from the Income Tax Department. The delegation handed over the documents of Madhya Pradesh Government Minister Govind Singh Rajput and his family members holding benami property to the Deputy Commissioner of Benami Prohibition Wing, Abhishek Bihari Pawar. Mishra said that Ladkunwar Rajput is a housewife, whose age is years and He does not have any independent source of income. That’s why Govind Singh Rajput has bought the said land from his illegally acquired wealth. He alleged that Ladkunwar Rajput is the benamidar of this property (as per The Prohibition of Benami Property Act, Section 2(1988 )) and Govind Singh Rajput is the beneficial owner thereof (as per The Prohibition of Benami Property Act, Section 2 of () Mishra said in the complaint that the benami transaction of Govind Singh Rajput that he had bought the said land in the name of Ladkunwar Rajput is established by the fact that Govind Singh Rajput This land by registered gift deed 27/8/2020 got his name transferred. This gift deed establishes that it is a benami transaction which is covered under section 2( 9) and is an offence. 1672079413 Mishra said that it is worth cognizance that in one such case, the benami wing of the Income Tax Department, M.A. The benami properties of Khan (retd IAS) have been attached which he had bought in the name of his relatives. Mishra demanded that in view of all the evidence and facts given in the complaint, benami properties should be attached and action should be taken against Govind Singh Rajput and his associates. ,
