Water from tree in temple of Badi Devi

Extension Damoh, the center of faith of the people of Siddha Kshetra Badi Devi temple premises in the Koha tree on Wednesday morning suddenly started coming out of water at high speed. One by one, the crowd increased and people took the water as a miracle and considered it as a miracle of the mother. Badi Devi Temple houses the patron deity of the Hazari family. They were brought from Uttar Pradesh to Damoh and settled here. The statue is 400 years old, known as Maa Badi Devi. The idols of Maa Lakshmi, Saraswati and Maa Durga are enshrined here. On the eighth day, when the devotees reached to offer water to the mother, they saw some water coming out of the Koha tree near the temple. First a couple of people arrived here and they drank the water in their hands then other people got the information so they gathered near the tree and people started drinking the water. Shanti Raikwar, who runs a shop for worship materials in the temple, said the water coming out of the tree tasted like coconut water. Besides, other shopkeepers said that they have been setting up shop here for so long, before water came out of the tree and today suddenly started water. It was coming out of a height of about 7 feet. However, after a while, the water drainage slowed down. People are considering it as a miracle of Maa Badi Devi. Meanwhile, according to experts, it is not possible to get water out of the tree. Teacher Dinu Gupta said it may not be possible to get water out of the tree. It must be that the weather has just changed. First the water and hail fell then the sun started to come out so the water may have come out due to evaporation.
